@@amhs1997 Hello :) yes I booked the ticket online. We went to Chiayi a day before our train schedule to Alishan and went first to the ticketing counter. I showed the e-ticket and they gave me the physical ticket. The next day I showed the physical ticket to the attendant in the gate to the platform.

@@mingchun739 Thank you for watching my video :) The ride from Alishan to Sun Moon Lake is about 3.5 hour to 4 hours. There is a toilet break at the first hour of the ride. You can take the bus from the Alishan Transport Station. There are only 2 bus schedules per day.

Hello, we stayed 2 nights in Hakone so we can start early. It is around 7am, then 3pm we are in Hakone Shrine our last stop.

They scanned the QR code that I received via email.
