Great video. BTW I have a PortKeys EVF and you can definitely go on their website and buy a D-Tap cable that runs straight to the EVF. That way you can avoid the bulky RED control module setup they have. Have a great day!

why arent you using a monitor for the interface and saving the OLED for just the picture?

I am now learning real estate videography on the top of photography that we already provide and this is definitely the best video I've seen so far. Congrats man.

This is so so gorgeous! Really, for a fraction of an ARRI camera, the dynamic range and colors are amazing! I was thinking about Sony, but after I saw Canon and Nikon's internal raw, it just feels they are way ahead. I think Sony has very good compressed codec if you want to save space that looks pretty nice out of the box, but it's not at all so detailed.

What do you think about the new range of QD OLEDs that are coming out? Would you still go for the c2? or would you go for the newer QD's?

It was not terribly useful. Is it connected directly to your computer? How is it configured in the operating system? Do you have to use a Blackmagic box between computer and OLED? How is Resolve configured? What is your video footage that you edit? With what is the OLED display calibrated? If you are using it for HDR editing, you should know all this, so tell us!

I wish Canon was a bit faster with updating their cameras. We need a c200ii.

Maybe you could make a setup guide video showing everything you need to turn off and like how you gotta put it into 'pc mode' for low latency etc. I think I've done all that on my own but I don't know what colour profile to use and also like theres some sliders like which aren't at 50% or at 0 so I can't tell where is the neutral position.

So when you're in desktop and doing regular computer tasks you're in the filmmaker mode? When I flicked into the filmmaker mode it looked super yellow to me. So I keep mine in 'standard.' But Idk what to do to get the most accurate colour out of it. Filmmmaker mode is allegedly more accurate but when I compare it to my iphone 13 pro max it is definitely more yellow so i'm not sure.

Is there a more direct solution to archive and trim ONLY THE CLIPS USED (not all the media pools) on different timelines belonging to a project without to have to select the clips in the timeline (as you described as you preferred method) ?

Thanks for the video. I wish you would have tested 4 and 5 stops over, that's where the differences really start to show up. Also 3-4 stops under comparison would have been an interesting watch ✌️

The LG C3 42" 4K HDR Smart OLED evo TV would be the newest version out? I think the new Mac Studio has HDMI 2.1 now, would it need a special cable or the supplied cable with the LG would suffice.
