Very nice and the camera work is great! Thorough and detailed visual presentation without vocal explanation. 😎 The rubber bands are a great idea. I didn't have those cute little clamps, so I used several fat books to hold the screen in place. I used T-7000 glue and if you are Lilliputian or have a microscope, it says to allow to cure for 48 hours. Thanks!!

Thank you! As the annoying stickler I am, I found the only thing you missed was putting the short black screw back in the top board before putting the black plastic cover over it. Probably doesn't matter. Either way, success!

Can't get the very bottom piece on the inside to snap back on when I put everything back together it just doesn't close at the very bottom not sure what I did wrong

Thanks for the upload. One question...must you remove all the upper parts (motherboard, camera ect) to replace screen. Looks like you can do this without removing all the components.

Is the Glass and LCD saperate? In your video , it seems like you replaced both and that they were not separable. However the shop that I asked had separate prices for the glass and LCD.
