I’m a HUGE succulent fan and I own/propagate many different varieties so when I became aware of this Lego set, I knew I had to have it. Bought at Walmart for $26 and I’m looking forward to assembling! As an aside, Legos we’re my favorite toy as a kid, so this is perfect for me 👍
Looks like I’ve been sleeping on Lego for the past 35 years. I’m pretty sure one of the last Lego I received as a kid, at least a big kit, was eldorado fort. I still have (most) of it. Just ordered this new one and plan to fill in the blanks for the old.

I have both but the smaller of the two goes much better with C-3PO (75398) and I believe they are designed to go together. It now makes sense why Lego released this version as it had C-3PO in mind. It made me get this R2-D2 as well to go with C-3PO. Clever marketing Lego

It actually looks really good next to it, I just tried it out. The deck id the ship is about a brick higher than the higher side of the dock. And the pirate ship is a great set.

More like Jedi Rob - as in Rob your wallet. yes silly little pun, but true. $40 for this weak set for a non canon character is just out of hand. Any SW lego Collector with even a few Jedi could create this character quite easily. I honestly don't understand the perceived exclusivity. But hey, go pay Lego already to collect this "rare" figure!
I think it’s a cool starfighter build as well so it doesn’t bother me a ton, but I’d definitely wait for a sale. I think the sarlac pit is way more egregiously priced. But c3PO and star destroyer aren’t too bad.

If anything, I’d get this for the ship. Jedi Bob is a fun callback and I’m glad they made him but not super appealing for me personally. I agree with you on the price, it needs a 20% discount at a minimum.

20 dollars is crazy expensive for that set. In Romania we have it listed for 13-14 and is still expensive.

I'm always convinced that the only reason Lego wasn't expensive "Back then" is because for most fans "Back then" refers to when they were little and it was their parents complaining about how expensive Lego was.
Well it’s definitely true that Lego has always been expensive. If you use inflation calculators, a lot of those older sets would still be pretty expensive today. I think it’s more that the increase in licensed sets and the use of more small pieces has meant that a lot of sets feel especially expensive for the price now-especially some lines like Star Wars when compared to others like botanical or ninjago.

My 12yo son got this as a gift and I couldn't agree more. So many functions and play value for a reasonable price - something we haven't seen for a while. The new Jesko also seems pretty good. Not like the RC GT4, which looks awful and is priced out of this world...

This is just a fun set with an interesting build. (And yes, the $20 sets with 2 instruction books are friggin hilarious! It helps the 8 year olds feel more grown up.)
i have this buggy on the desk of my work room, and it's have been the favorite of two of my nephews, i think the interactivity of it (working-ish rear suspension and push to turn mechanism) and the thick tires makes it a fun object to toy with.

I bought this set for my son and he loves it. At $20, it is definitely a great value for what you get.
