Igot a t3 wireless controller if you search it on UA-cam you can find it epwhen I connect my controller with Bluetooth on my gaming laptop and when I open the app it is not even moving when I try to keymap it Idont know what is wrong solution please 🙏

The internal resolution thing you showed just made it lag more, not less, so I don't know what that was about. I can't load anything with Vulkan and don't have the DD12 one even in my list, my menus are totally different from yours. I also don't know what gpu or igpu are.
