this episode beyond exceeded my expectations i remember when i read this 3 years ago it broke me and now seeing it animated it left me speech less it was done incredibly Paul saying to Rudy save ur mom even if it kills got me bc Paul the whole time while they were fighting the hydra was looking after Rudy making sure his son was okay and when they time came he risked his life to save his son Paul wasn't a grate person but he was an amazing father who truly cared for his family Paul is the best dad in fiction 10/10 character

I feel you. I was excited for the new episode of House of the Dragon, but after watching this Mushoku episode, I don't really feel like watching anything for the day. I'm still in my feelings.

As a light novel reader I’ve been waiting for this to happen. Every react channel I’ve watched has been crushed, they did a phenomenal job on this episode. They actually planned it so that this released on Father’s Day. Just like they planned Sylphie’s pregnancy announcement for Mother’s Day. Believe me, the tears will be flowing the next two episodes as well.

It's great the VA used the same throwup sound as in S1E18, which itself was mainly a Roxy POV episode. Rudeus, though, he is so dense. I know he's excited like a puppy to meet his master again, but he doesn't realize she's flirting with him and pinging him at every turn, and he's being absolutely receptive to it all. No wonder Paul saw cause to intervene.

12:00 - good Pirates dont kill people in cold blood, may as well get the idea out of your head, this aint Naruto where every Villain ends up dead. in fact i'ma say it before you find out the hard way... Oda doesnt like to kill named characters, not unless their death can have some real meaning behind it, like Kuina's tragic fate. that's not to say that Oda NEVER kills characters, but when he do, it's for a damn good reason and Luffy aint the type to kill people, he'd rather kick their asses.
