How to Paint Custom Vans --DIY Painting Tutorial
Welcome to my first video! Let me know if you have any questions about the customizing process or about art in general. Remember to always be kind on social media, I welcome constructive criticism and feedback but will not tolerate hate towards myself or others on this channel. Thank you for supporting me and don’t forget to support small and local businesses in your area!

im 3 years late but these are awesome .
I know this is older video, but thought I would leave this info as to why sharpie bled. The scotch guard probably has alcohol of some sort which will make sharpie bleed. I would try to use paint for letters or try using textile medium on canvas and or over top of sharpie before you spray. This was a great video and answered the exact questions I had. Thank you!
I was wondering do you pretreat the canvas first at all ? If so what do you use ? Perfect choice of images btw ! I have a Van's T with the rose motifs bought it a few months back !!! I've been dying to try this for years, never got around to it ..the expense of materials...
I love the roses ! Beautiful work ! Making a color image black and white, I thought it was just me ! It is a really great tip !
From what I understand, people use the bee was method for sharpi
Ap veli nhi paint kar sakti h ky
Your vans came out beautiful! I love the details!
korne-gay corn gay hahehehehehehehee lol
I'm not gonna lie, I couldn't hear a word she said. Very soft spoken.
Very pretty. I am just wondering if one should apply some type of sealer so as to preserve the artwork and have a water-resistant finish? If you know of any products for that purpose, please share! Thank you.
Do you know if you can mix the textile med with acryl gouache and use it on fabric ?
Hey these look great! I'm working on a custom pair myself and this was a good watch!!
Use a black laundry pen to outline or a black fabric pen. They won't smear. Sharpie makes laundry pens. Marvy and Uchida are other good fabric markers. You can find them at Michaels or Joann's. Otherwise the Sharpie you are using will mess up your beautiful work. The sharpie you use is meant for fabric. ⚘
How is it against water ?
Loved it!
@kalistakornegay ...Hi 💙! Would these shoes be waterproof as is or no?
Congrats on your first video! Looking forward to your next design :)
