Hololive have perms for both WoW & FFXIV. Both are good games but both also have problems. The biggest problem with WoW is that you need 15 different addons to play it, and nothing happens until you reach level 80, level 1-79 doesn't matter, and the endgame content is either M+ Dungeons or Raiding. The biggest problem with FFXIV is also it's greatest blessing, the story. The story is very good, but it's also very long, and you'll have to commit about 400 hours to complete it, which is a huge hurdle to climb for a new player, but it is the best MMO story game. However, compared to WoW, you don't need any addons, and all content both old and new is still relevant.

At this point I have to wonder what the hell people find enjoyable about WoW, unless they already have been playing for the last 10 years. I played a little bit back before Mists but ended up quitting ‘cus I was a solo player.
