We are a Yamaha bike and secondhand dealership located in the Kilmarnock area of Scotland. Do i connect the sena headset direct to the Bike as a second Phone or i connect it direct to the Smartphone and only the Smartphone to the Bike?
Nobody is talking about all the data they collect with the Yamaha app, they said it will work without it but will auto close if you opt out of the data collection.
Wont let let me installing it, Garmin Streetcross app from Play store, phone not compatible. Older Galaxy Note. The reason I got this bike is to get ride of the phone mount and use the screen, and shorter bars, better QS and seat but all those are easy fixes with my 22

I have the mt09 24 and now i bougt a sena 30k but now i have the problem when i got a call and hang of the bluetooth connection break and i have to stop and restart bluetooth and all aps and music again do you have any solutions?

I really don't understand why it doesn't support Android Auto or Carplay? Almost any car does today, so why would you want to use a Garmin app for navigation whn you most likely using the standard already?
The garmin streetcross is a great app for the 24 and its been faultless apart some place cant be recognised

Love the bike but the connectivity is a big, fiddly disappointment for me. I don't even have access to the delivery inspection information. No service book. It's all online somewhere. I'll hopefully get it sorted out when I take it in for 6 week/600 mile first service. And another thing, the bike appears twice on my android phone when searching for bluetooth devices...weird
Don't worry, japanese brands sucks same in this area. It is a long time "trend" in auto-moto industry where they are pushing unfinished and unpolished technologies and functions and are not even able to properly support them and provide updates, because of cost savings.
any idea if Calimoto and google maps gonna be supported as well? Garmin is just meh for moto riding..
Can you use waze navigation via your phone on the 2024 mt09?
No, only Street Cross. Huge dissadvantage is that Street Cross have to be opened (screen on) to use it on Yamaha MT-09 display unit.

Cheers Dave! I'll get a bit more practice with the GoPro settings for the next one but glad to hear you liked the review! Demo SP should be arriving in June and I will certainly be doing a comparison. Can't wait to try it!
