I really appreciate the time and effort you put in order to make this video and would love to get the book to have more information about this but I have some questions in mind that I don't seem to understand . From what you have said about the price of the dried larvae 500grams = 2000naira 1000 grams = 4000naira Firstly with the price tag of 4 thousand per kilogram I don't think any farmer that goes into fish or poultry can afford this because of the Following. Take Ultima feeds for example. They are the most commonly used feed in Nigeria for poultry and the price of it is around 25 thousand naira for 25kg bag. Which is the same as 1 thousand per kilogram. No poultry farmer would pay 4× the price he was once paying for another type of feed even though it has more protein than Ultima has. The famer would be at a massive loss because from research the extra protein In the diet would not have much positive effect on the birds. Even though it may have a lot of positive effect, it can never be 4× . Then let's take fish feed and if you are popular with fish (catfish) you would know that blue crown feeds are one of the most popular and the price tag the last time I checked is around 30 thousand for a fifteen kg bag of 2 mm which is one of the most expensive. Which means that 1 kg of fish feed is 2 thousand naira and again it is still half the price of bsf dried larvae and certainly no farmer would choose the higher price because he would incure a massive loss In his farm I really think for any one that one to go into bsf would have to use it for his own personal consumption for his farm or cut the price of the dried larvae to at least to half in order to get sales and also consider how and where to get the waste (substrate). As said earlier I still need more information on the matter and this is only my opinion from what I know already . Thanks for reading.

Bring down the volume of the background music if you find the music necessary. Simply use a sieve bag or container to sieve out water from larvae. Show your phone number on your videos and watch out for traffic. Wish you success. I already a BSF larvae farmer, just started anyways. I like your improvising ways.

Thanks for the video. Watching from O gun state Nigeria. Using the dry one for feeding my fishes, how many kilos do I use to supplement 1 kg of fish feed because 4 kg of the live on gives 1 kg of dry ones and you are selling 1 kg of dry ones for 4k which is higher than 1 kg of fish feed

Nice content i find your channel helpful. I have a question can i use the waste from cow stomach to feed bsfl(the waste gotten from the stomach of the cow after killing the cow not cow dung)

1) For the fermentation, can we use plastic drum. 2) After attracting BSF from the wild and they lay eggs, should we take the eggs to the substrate for feeding. 3) If we can always get the flies from the wild, do we still need to transfer to the love net.
