I am a Cat 2/3 (Canadian Elite B) cyclist with a Ph.D./Postdoc in Computer Eng. and a former Tennis coach in a previous life.
I started my cycling journey at the age of 33 with an FTP of ~180w (2.06 w/kg) in November 2018 and currently, I am at 290w (3.3 w/kg) in May 2022. Follow my progress and videos about cycling in Toronto, Crits, and Ontario Cup races.
