Lightning Stomp-Joe Austin Caldwell
I have a picture I made to enhance this tune.
But the tune is the major point.
You played it sweet Joe.
The round black thing is the cap.
To hold the lightning in the bottle....:)

I think this has a place in music history. I'm posting with no rights, I may not have rights, but I do have opinions....:) Hello Tom Great version!

I absolutely have no rights to this, except that it is Rock & Roll to it's max. Lonesome Dave was doing chemo, I think. He could not be a long haired rocker, he was a dead man walking. But he had a Rock & Roll soul My humble opinion.
Tina Turner-Lisa Fisher- LIVE "I know it's only rock and roll"

I had such an overwhelming response to Lisa doing "Gimme Shelter" with the stones, that I had to upload this as well. I hope it's OK with copyright disclaimer guy. I normally ask first. Roll with me. Roll the dice. Hey Lisa. Folks seem to dig the movie "20 feet from stardom". What did you do this time? lol Have you been singing again?!?

Green Gartside with B.E.F.- I Don t Know Why I Love You

I think an amazing version of this tune. I borrowed from the guy who has the only copy I know of. Backing you up Dude. And enhancing my channel. If you don't want me to use it, let me know please. I did write you for permission. This is somehow related to Scritti Politti I think? Would be so easy to dedicate this to two ladies that I'll always love, I think. But I'll pass on that at this time. ...

babs4Tlove goes at this Stevie Wonder classic from a different angle. I like the way you focus on the meaningful lyrics in this version. ua-cam.com/video/IwU1q-QSb_M/v-deo.html

Most of my dancing is in my head BTW. Shame on me. HOWEVER...I really feel, uh, stuff. I don't think many could dance to this wonderful song. And even fewer if any could as well as Diana. I'm not just saying that because I have a little thing for her...:)

Rolling Stones - Gimme Shelter - Live _95-Lisa Fischer
Wuao Lisa Fischer is a hurricane!! Her voice is a national treasure.
We had the absolute thrill and joy os seeing albert lee playing a few years ago.
I bought the live album JUST ONE NIGHT when it came out back in the day. I honestly believe Lee is a better guitarist than Clapton.
This cat can shred and appear (to the untrained eye) not to be shredding... In a class (of musician and human being) by himself!!!
You need more than a "slowhand" to come up with this kind of playing!!!
クラプトンより全然良いと思い。
That's nice.
Went to see Albert in Wales. He walked into the pub we were having a meal in before the gig. My friend said are you going to go over and get his autograph? I said no, but I might warn him not to order the gammon egg and chips 😂
I saw Albert play in the Brisbane Easts leagues club with the Biff Baby All-stars, great night.
Saw in live in a small local venue in SW London about 15 years ago, so annoying that not only is Albert the most talented guitarist but a plays keys exceptionally well too, not fair that one guy has two fine talents when I for example have none.
Don't forget Alvin Lee 😮❤😊
What a brilliant guitarist, Definitely underrated..
I'll never feel that Albert Lee gets the recognition he deserves. Such a brilliant musician.
Eric idolised him
I attended a workshop by Albert Lee at a small music store in Vegas years ago, he'd just started playing his Ernie Ball signature model, of course he was amazing as always... at the end, we lined up at the counter and got autographs or bought an album... I had him sign mine, and his guitar was laying on top of the counter in the case with the lid open... I very carefully touched one of the strings at about the 12th fret to see what kind of action he had (low), and quickly pulled my hand away so he wouldn't think I was going to grab it or something. His assistant was standing right there on the other side of the counter, Albert was standing beside him, they didn't try to stop me but after I took my hand away the assistant said "don't do that". :D I told him, sorry, just wanted to check his string action and Albert just smiled. We all grow and change our tastes, so I understand his changing guitars but I have to say I prefer his old Tele days :) Whatever he plays, he's a GOAT.
this is his signature guitar, I like the shape, the classic color, not to mention the sound and playability, I don't understand why it didn't catch the wider attention of the Fender crowd
If I could play like that, I'd play all day just to listen to myself.
Me too
If you played all day eventually you might be able to play like that
@ Not a chance, but thanks😂😂
While UK has produced some great players Albert Lee stands alone in the country pickin' genre where USA players mainly dominated the country music scene. Albert Lee took it up to them with interest. Of course he has crossed many genres in the field and well known session man.
I love how he plays those little fills.
I thin I just found my favourite guitar solo.
Extraordinarily tasteful guitarist.
Eric who?
That's pretty good, but it can't hold a candle to Clapton's cover of the song.
God thinks Clapton is overrated.
Dave Edmunds thinks he is alright too ua-cam.com/video/h1Rx-zaBjow/v-deo.html
Just a country boy at heart.
A great example of him playing this live with EC is: ua-cam.com/video/JIKLRHiK98g/v-deo.html
Awesome player and all round great man.
Being a master is delivering the best phrasing, even when you’re caught unprepared!🎉
Excellent, similar sound to Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits. But a little Quicker style 🎸
Mestre !!!!!
Thats Albert " one take " Lee right there genious 👍
Love this band. I met Tony super nice guy.
Prince would have been impressed I think! So damn good Albert…..
@l.i.s.a.f.i.s.c.h.e.r you are so fabulous. I love your voice. You're one of the artists I can easily binge watch. Perfectly flawless vocals. 💖💖💖🏳️🌈
Sounds great, Can you put the lyrics in the description?
Wow 🤩🤗😳😲❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
He's the hybrid of Clapton and Thompson
I hired Albert to play on my CD in 98 great player best in the business.
La miglior Lisa Fisher , vocalmente ed esteticamente
Say Lee with Clapton in 79’ Odessa Texas, Lee blew Clapton away on Cocaine and Clapton loved it!
2min32 de pur bonheur 🙏
Saw him couple days ago in UK. Only about 200 there ! He was great .
A master at work.. or play??
Saw them during the Steel Wheels tour at the LA Coliseum I think it was. Lisa was that good then, now, evermore... Best live concert. I had secretly tended to poo-poo their reputation for being at their best live... I worked on the music industry for 12 yrs, saw a LOT of the top rock, r&b and jazz/funk bands, and many times these groups just did not deliver this caliber of performance live. it's very rare to be at their absolute best on tour. But the Stones are absolute masters of that slightly slowed down danceable, listenable groove. Lisa is the frosting on that cake.
Two and a half minutes of brilliance. The only thing that would have made it better was that it went on for another 5-10 minutes.
Every time I see an Albert Lee video he’s wearing his Charlie Brown shirt
Great stuff! He is phenomenal! Clapton copped a lot from Albert!
smoked Clapton just now!!!
Not even Jagger can hold a candle to her and he’s smart enough to know it!
