They loved each other; but, just fell OUT OF LOVE with each other. You can love anyone without being ON LOVE with them. My ex and I have that. We still love each other, but are not in love with each other. She's happy in her current relationship and I'm happy in my current relationship. We love each other, but not in that way anymore. We both know it would never work out. We're both good with more of a brother/sister type relationship, instead of a romantic relationship.

The video part gets on the ONE nerve I have left. I'm not into struggling to see George and Tammy sing this beautiful song. Don't put obstacles in the way...things we have to look pat or through. I can understand the concept of being on the outside looking in, and for whatever reason, it appears this is how the director or whomever wants to convey. Just don't. Now, I'm taking THIS particular video off my playlist and replacing it with another video of this same song that I don't have to struggle to enjoy. For me, the way they made this video sucks! They could have had the same camera angles without all that frosted glass or whatever in the foreground. That effect was a major failure, in my opinion. Beautiful song, two legends both together and separately singing the duet, great camera angles, terrible production. BOOOOOO!!
