II know this post is 4 years old, but this is for anyone today thinking about buying a Lifan motorcycle. t's a Lifan. 200cc is not sport bike material and don't expect any real performance from it. There is absolutely no reason to do all of the things you did to that bike right from the start. New chain, new spark plug, new oil? Why? I can tell you from experience the oil Lifan ships with is perfectly fine as is the chain and spark plug. Also, your bike is NOT broken in until 600 miles and most people will tell you do not use synthetic oil until after break in as the 15w 40 lubes the cylinder and clutch for a better break in. Anyone interested in the KPR 200 do your research. It's a good bike for what it is.

I got the KPM 200 and love it

Lifan bikes do well with spark plug and chain. I got 4k miles on my stock chain and spark plug. Stock plug doesnt need to be changed for 20k miles.

on the day i got my kpr200, i just took the MCO and bill of sale to the dmv, and got a plate same day. no waiting. no paperwork. just pay the fee and go

You are holding it wrong. Do not put your finger in the rear hole. Use the first hole only. It is a 'get off me' knife if someone is grabbing at your gun.

Mine worked great for about 8 years. Now it has a crazy blade wobble. Open or closed, my wife asked what i had in my pocket it’s so bad now. Oh course they use a t7 for the blade screw, which is the only one i don’t have because most kits don’t cone with that one, so i have to get one before i can even tell if it’s salvageable. Still works fine, just annoying.

Walmart's Ozark trails is almost identical to that. You can beat the hell out of that one and you can save your big fancy Buck knife for Sundays.

I would keep it, looks like a fun bike to ride, wish it was mine, I like small cc bikes.

You’re holding it wrong. If you want to hold it like a traditional knife, you don’t use the back hole for your finger. Pointer finger through the first hole and grip from the choil

How are you saying it only has a spring a screen, but no oil filter? You pointed the camera right at the 112 oil filter.

Thank you for this review... looking to purchase a 200cc to 250cc.. this helps me a lot.. Lifan KPR200 is the 200 I am looking at... maybe the 250cc will be better to roll with.

Considering buying one of these just for cruising but I'm probably too tall for it since I'm 6'5.

This is a nice bike.

things like blade play never bothered people before, small amounts of side to side up down blade play, spot rust, people will get on forums and cry about blade play on a mechanical knife riding on a pivot, its the nature of the folding knife, you got a bunch of moving parts and there needs to be some level of separation from their neighboring parts or the knife is too tight and wont move. Now if the play is agregious, and appears unsafe, sure. But otherwise

When it shut off. You turned key off then turned back on and the pump didnt send Fuel? Right. Because my bike shut off but i turn key on it dnt make a priming sound.

papework comes with it , thats how u get it registered ! and if your paperwork didnt come with it then call company

Did yours come with a spacer that fits inside where the exhaust comes out from on the bike?

Great video just bought one and don't hear the fuel pump buzzing sounds changed the coil fuel pump under the tank, the ECU and still no spark do you think it could be the regulator

here in Bangladesh those motorcycle having engine size more than 165cc are not allowed, we have 165cc version of that KPR, it tops 154km/hr which is 96mph

this all bike u need and no payments .

I watched a video where a guy turned his key just to have the fuel pump come on, turned it off and repeated that four times before he starting it and it started right up.

Sell it if you can, it's a piece of crap!!! You'll have a hard time selling it to anyone other than a stupid kid who doesn't know any better. Why did you ever waste your money in the first place? (Just out of morbid curiosity)
