I usually season pork about 3 to 4 days before cooking. Also clean meat very well with vinegar and lemon then rinse very well
we eat this in our sancochos 😋🇻🇪

Clearly you don’t have a hard time peeling plantains. Us mortals need a way to help soften the peel so it comes off without hurting our fingers. This whole method really actually helps. Have a great night!

Plantains and Bananas look similar but so different. The plantains peel doesn't want to come off so you have to soften it.
I used to call these “sad bananas” because I didn’t like the taste.

It's actually so so good for your tummy! We would steer clear if you don't like Cilantro, but the combo of chicken, spinach and cilantro is so yummy!

It’s light, delicious, and full of vegetables and protein. The best part is that it is not full of cream or milk but made with water. The water as the base works well and keeps this soup well in the “healthy things" category.
Arroz Chino or Oriental is the marriage of two beautiful cultures - Cuban and Chinese. It's fried rice loaded with diced ham, bacon and the veggies all married together making something so comforting.

We love this recipe because it is a little reminiscent of Pollo Empanizado, which is literally “breaded” chicken. It’s breaded chicken that is perfectly fried.
