RIP GG! Punk really never dies because of it's outlaw spirit to be as loud, rude and obnoxious as possible and GG really pushed the bar higher than anyone else in that regard. Not even Jimmy Gestapo or Vinnie Stigma were ever as rude or crude as GG (funny as hell, yeah but...), the only person who was his equal was the late great El Duce from the Mentors...! Not even Anti-Nowhere League could compare to the crudeness of GG Allin, he was one of a kind!

I think GG fully embraced the fact that he was a damaged soul and instead of struggling against it, owned it and mastered it like the sick mother-f###er he was. There's that whole wisdom about Know Thyself. I think GG found that and as distasteful as he was inside, fully embodied his essence in ways few people can even approach.
