Very high RPMS, but I doubt 10,000 RPMS . Tach shows about 8,000 rpm (tach only) but reving very high RPMS.... Stick Shifts for Life........
Wasn't a small block Mustang. They turned 12,000 RPM.

Almost sounds like a 2 stroke, idles at 2500rpm like a top fuel dragster or funny car! Pulled the wheels up high! Snapped out the hole like a sling shot! 60ft time of 0.009!
Seems like all these old school four speed guys wear Chuck Taylors’ to mash the pedals.
