Great video, thank you for sharing this. I was looking to sell my set because #3 was broke on one side. Found this video and then found a part to order and just got done! I’m happy I’ll be able to use again! To keep the ball bearings from falling out, I placed a dab of grease on them and they stayed in place during the assembly. I did this after I fat fingered the reconstruction process 2x. After that, was smooth sailing. Thanks again for posting!!

I'm attempting to disassemble my dumbbell to replace the #3 disc(but the dial is locked on 30 lbs)preventing me from dialing both ends to 5 lbs. Any advice???

Just fixed my dumbbell, used a disc from an old handle that I had gotten a replacement for when they were still available. Replaced the broken disc and it’s good to go! Thank you so much for posting this! You saved me from having to buy a whole new set!!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

All the little nylon washers are broken on mine. Can I use any washers or are they specific to bow flex? Can’t find anyone selling just the washers.
