The Ministry of Labour is the Government's implementation arm for the national strategies and realization of the goals/objectives for the labour and small business development sectors. The Ministry focuses on the provision of decent work, the facilitation of industrial peace, the development of small enterprises and co-operatives and, the provision of employment opportunities through on-the-job training and job placements.
