Do you know if it's possible to remove clutch bracket from clutch master cylinder without removing fluid lines, need to do thist so I can get to blower motor to press tab and turn motor to replace it. I have been trying to remove blower motor for weeks, driving me insane, have come to the realization that I will need to remove clutch bracket to give me room but don't want to disconnect brake fluid lines, any idea?

You can prime fuel filter on these cars by presseing and holding start button 6 times, but don't press clutch to inhibit engine starting. You will ear fuel pump working. After that, start the engine and keep it steady at 2krpm for 1 minute, wile remaining air gets out through return line.

Before you do enything on tank, take instrument panel out and measure how mutch ohms you have. mk2 Fiestas have some issues on their fuel and tempperature gaudes, maeby Mk1 allso.

Could it be that it’s a Mk2 fuel sender but Mk1 gauge and they’re working on different ohms? IDK? Greta video.👍

Mine has done 310 000km original clutch with no problem. Now I have a noise in the gearbox. Ive set it down to eighter A: outgoing bearing on gearbox or B: flywheel. Im taking it out soon. Thx for the video!

My current daily commute is a ford focus mk3 tdci navigator 2014, milage very low 43 k to be precise , now coming up to its 10 years birthday 🎂 would you recommend changing the timing belt and w/pump ? Fantastisk timing på innehåll då jag måste byta framruta på min ena mk1, rutan har jag men har aldrig bytt en ruta förr men det ser inte allt för svårt ut.... så blir nog att ta hjälp av frugan till helgen och fixa det. Va in i går och besiktade den, första besiktningen på 15 år så jag räknade med att få en lång lista på saker att fixa. 2 nerslag att fixa, sprucken framruta som jag viste om och så en bakbroms som inte alls fungerade så den misstänker jag att det är en hjulbromscylinder som gett upp för handbromsen funka fint. Rätt otroligt att en bil står 15 år och nästan rullar rätt genom utan en totalrenovering :) Är bra kvalité i dom små bilarna ändå....

To get the rear qtr glass out I just used to lie on the back seat and push it out with my feet, you just apply even pressure near the top and it just pops out, have a mate outside to catch it just in case it comes out too easily.

Great job, nicely done. I had a dirty cig smoke stained roof header cloth when I bought my last MK1 Fiesta but since it was intact and I never had the confidence to replace it I just ended up leaving it in place and spray painting it with a can of vinyl paint and it came out looking brand new.

Another detail not in the video is the correct amount of new gearbox oil. Its really weird on the manual 6 gear since you have to fill it up until it leaks out and then suck out like 100ml which is effectively wasting good new oil.

Pro tip, you can upgrade the lower engine rubber mount for the more sturdy version from ford focus electric. The acceleration feels much better. I did this on my 1.5tdci 4 years ago and it feels like a much better car.

I love what you're doing. You go to a lot of car meets. There are a lot of top-notch cars here in Northern Sweden. Have you considered asking people if they would like to show their car on your channel. Maybe go for a ride in it. Seems to go down well on youtube viewers. Motor addicts. Living life large. Simply gased. Same examples that do it. Be nice to see same top swedish cars being shown off.

Mobile could of hung the 6×9 under the shelf holes and covered the top leaving the grills off for a more stealth look? Wood looks like factory anyway nice!!

Greetings Mike, Wondering if you can help me. I have a “13” XC60 w/158k. I recently had a start and immediate stall issue that’s cause me to unplug the MAF sensor to get home. Now I’m having a fuel pressure issue after replacing the sensor with a sensor firm the boneyard. Any ideas?

God morgon, Utan att ha sett klart videon måste jag komma med en liten input när det gäller hatthylla med 2 6x9 högtalare. Samma satt i min när jag köpte den och plast hyllorna/konsollerna på sidorna som håller hatthyllan är inte anpassade för den vikten märkte jag när hela hyllan rasa ner och plasten runt hålen där plasten är fäst gick sönder. Nu har jag kört utan hylla och högtalare men planerar att stoppa in en baslåda och då kommer hatthyllan få ligga på den som stöd iställat.... Nu skall jag fortsätta se klart videon innan jobbet hägrar ;)

The Mazda version is arguably better than the Duratec, Ford cheaped out on the bottom end components, namely the pistons and rods, to get 300bhp from the Duratec takes a lot of work, not so much with the MZR.

What lube did you use for the spline? Was any sealant or an o-ring used for the slave cylinder?

Hi I’ve just started with the same problem on 2017 titanium diesel 16 . The garage thought it was bit you have replaced in the video and has replaced them and it’s still slipping. , so they said it might be the pipe or the master cylinder once’s these part have been replaced should the issue be solved , basically you’ve done the lot im going to by the looks of did it solve the problem for you ????
