Puff Pastry Asparagus stick with sesame seeds/酥皮芝麻蘆筍條/퍼프 페이스트리 참깨 아스파라거스 말이
Ingredients:
1 sheet of frozen puff pastry (Defrost at room temperature for 20 minutes)
1 bunch of asparagus (Approximately 15 stalks)
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Tbsp of olive oil
½ cup of sesame seeds
1 egg: Beaten egg for egg wash
Steps:
1. Cut end part of the asparagus approximately 1-2 inches. Then peel the 2/3rd of asparagus skin from the end part.
2. On a plate, mix asparagus with salt, pepper, garlic powder and olive oil. Set aside.
3. On a baking tray with parchment paper, defrost one sheet of puff pastry at room temperature for 20 minutes.
4. Unfold defrosted pastry sheet, cut into 12 to 15 strips with Pizza cutter or knife.
5. Wrap asparagus with each strip tightly and place on the baking tray with seam side down.
6. Brush each asparagus stick with egg wash
7. Sprinkle some sesame seeds or dip the whole stick into sesame seeds
8. It can be placed in the freezer for 5 minutes or 10 minutes in the refrigerator to make the shapes firmer, if the pastry dough is becoming too soft.
9. Bake in preheated oven 425 to 450 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until it’s golden brown.
10. Remove from the oven and serve when it’s hot.

    I was done with the video at 4:20 when she dumped in cannoli oil in the jar of garlic😂. If you want to destroy your health, use canola, sunflower, corn oil, or any other seed oil. Sure will increase your risk of heart attack and increase massive inflammation in your body lol.

    Thanks so much for the video. You are so lucky you can buy such huge quantities of already peeled garlic. Unfortunately, where I live, I will have to buy whole garlic, peel, etc 😂I've never seen such huge bags of already peeled garlic 🤣
