Seriously, you go to art college to experiment. Nobody experimented with artist quality products. This is what university is for. I can’t imagine how worrying it could be if you didn’t go uni . This is a great video for people who never went uni. Obviously they must just dip in and try them out ! Gave you a follow and love your work!

This was a very helpful video! I bought a set of Neocolor 2 and looked up what to do with them. I've the transparent Gesso from AMSTERDAM and it seems to give not a very smooth ground (1 layer). I would looove to try the smudging tecnic, but my Neo's 2 don't move when I wanna smudge them with my fingers. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for this video. This video was so helpful! You are delightful Sharon! I didn't know that Gesso should be used on watercolor paper or mixed media paper. I know it's supposed to be used on canvas before one paints for archiving. Is it used for the same reason on paper?

Hi. Enjoy yur video. When you sugest to mix Neo color I and II with fingers, what do you recomend for finish and protect the paintng. The thing is one of the materials is permanent and the the is water soluble. So, what's the best to do? Thanks.

I've used the crayon for fun chunky lines on my acrylic. Do these "set" themselves? I can't put a varnish because they will run right? Like pastels, do I spray?
