MAIN INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
210 ml milk
6 grams of dry yeast
15 grams of sugar
350 grams of bread flour (or all purpose flour)
3 grams of salt
2 tbsp cream cheese
20 grams of room temperature unsalted butter
A small amount of raisin
Small pieces of string mozzarella cheese
Egg wash (made from 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk)
