Just purchased a 2024 Tesla S Plaid. Plenty of storage, not sure what this guy is talking about. Quiet, mach 2 speed comfortable, solid. An incredible rocket ship.

True Quattro is very good. Quattro in S4 is different from the one in RS4. New AUDI RS3 AWD and new MK8 VW GOLF R GLA 43 AMG have identical AWD, and it is not Haldex anymore. It is much better torque vectoring AWD made by MAGNA STEYR. Now the BMW X drive is very good on dry wet road and track better than most of the other system. There is a difference for example between the XDrive in X3 30xdrive and BMW X3M. Very different and much more sophisticated AWD in the X3M model. If I have to rank them on average, it goes that way in group's 3rd place (BMW X3 30ix Audi S3 etc.) 2nd place (AudiS4,RS3, GOLFR, GLA43AMG etc.) 1st place (Audi RS4, BMW X3M, AMG C63 etc.) Mitsubishi and Subaru are very good, but only in EVOLUTION model and STi. They are not produced anymore, unfortunately. I still regret selling my EVO 10 and STi. PS. If I am not mistaken, the ordinary S4 has an option for a sports differential, and it is very close to RS4 in performance. Same with X3 M40i.

If you are using CarPlay, that google maps that you are showing is the google maps on your phone, not the google maps imbedded in the infotainment system. Just use google maps from your phone and forget about the imbedded map system, no need to download anything, leave the cellular data enabled and enjoy.

I’m very late to this conversation. I’ve asked a couple of body shops. But didn’t like the answer. Can you exchange the 5 foot bed on a Silverado for the 6 foot one. Big mistake in getting the 5 footer even with the bed extension. Everyday I wonder if I really should have traded a standard truck . For this crew cab 5. Even though 90% of the time it’s empty.

Do you have a bubble tune? Mine is pro-tuned and it doesn’t sound like yours when I downshift

are you aware that when you put truck in tow/haul mode, that the battery gage turns into a transmission temp gage.

as far as the license plate lights go, i'm not concerned about people being able to see my licence plate at nite. Factory license plate lights are good enough for me. Those bright LED plate lights give off to much of a glow on the tailgate, making the rear lighting look out of place. you have a white dome of light in middle of tailgate at night just lighting up the tailgate for no reason.

now if only you could do something about the dim brake/turn/parking lights. GM LED rear truck lighting is terrible. Just imagine 2 bulbs as bright as your new backup lights being in place for the brake/turn/parking. Get rid of those factory red rear lenses and get the factory ones from lower trim level trucks and than replace the red lens bulbs with lasfit. So much better than chevy's factory LED setup.

Just awesome technology in these EVS are getting better and better and better and who wouldn't want a vehicle that you don't need oil changes. Tune-ups and have to pay for emissions. It's awesome! Smart!
