Are you talking in the Armenian language? I loved this ancient ❤
@@ranjeetindiyana5578 it's French
This was not a thing someone had to worry about 10 years ago. We get cheaply made running shoes now.
Subscribed for this video!!!! Thank you for this!!!!
Nice work brother , I’m in the process of of buying land in Hrazdan , can you give me advice how much in would cost to build a house 2 stories on top with basement ? I’m currently in US thank you . 3500 soft
Figure a good $500 usd per sq meter for the first floor, maybe $400 sq meter for the second froor, and approximately $200 a sq meter for the basement Best of luck, come and visit me whenever you arrive to Armenia. Will be my pleasure to show you arround. .
@@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia thank you very much brother 🙏🏻 enjoy our homeland .
@@Horus845best of luck in your projects as well

I'm a do it your selfer. If I don't use a machine to stitch down the patch will the new lining just wear down after a period of time with putting your shoe on and off?
No, it would just get unglued, and the patch would not hold tightly on the shoe, but you can go ahead and do it without stiching, it should still do the job You can also try hamdstiching it.
I get this in all my shoes, lifestyle and sport shoes. I don’t know why
They don't make'm like they use to. There's a good solution at your local cobbler, don't throw them away.
I wish you were where i live i have shoes that need fixed and i would love to learn so i can fix my own shoes cause my sho repair shop wont do what id like thats to change my heels .so i can keep my shoes.
What's the tool name the drill one
For instance all the shoes I love are all thin heels I would love to wear them more often but balance isn't my strongest quality
Can u please make a video showing how to replace the sole of a thin tip heel into a thick block heel 😅
I have seen a lot a zippers tear up. I had a jacket where the zipper got caught and became stiff. Is there a way to fix that?
What do you mean it got caught, can you give more detail?
@@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia The zipper just seems stiff and hard to pull in either direction, like something is stuck inside it.
There could be many reasons. If it's a metal zipper, it could be corrosion. If it's plastic or nylon, it could be just worn out. Also, if you can find a new slider for it, the piece that you open and close with, it might solve your problem. If it's stiff, it could be tricky to remove it without breaking the zipper. I suggest you bring it to an experienced cobbler for this one.
How do you fix those horrible plastic heels from the boots made in china with the three pronged large heel tip. I have not found them anywhere and black top shreds the bottom of the heel first.
Bonjour, quelle sorte de colle je peux prendre en quincaillerie svp ?
Ça s'appelle la colle contacte. Ça se vend souvent chez les cordonnier, ou vous pouvez apportez votre pot ou le cordonnier peut la remplir.
So cute !! The cat looks like a trouble maker 🤣
Hello there, and thank you for the tutorial! I am looking for that adhesive you are using, the HELMITING helmifix to buy and send to Spain. Anyone who can help, please do. Doesn´t matter it is year ago, I am a DIY guy always trying to have good quiality materials to work with. Thank you!
What glue are you using?
It's called contact ciment glue
Great video thank you! I would be interested to know where I can buy the pre-cut heel cushions? Could you possibly provide a link?
It would be difficult to find that online. You can try to find a local shoe repair supplier, or buy ordinary cushion insoles, the largest size, and you can make 3 pairs of heel cushions with them.
I like the job how can I be there please let me know
You have the most adorable zoo <3
Soooo cute!!! ❤

Hi. I want to learn to fix some boots. Can you tell me what the heel caps are called for woman's heeled boots like the ones in this video? I need to find the thick plastic to cover hollow heels to replace worn ones. How do I find this material? thanks for any help.
You need to find a shoe repair supplier in your area. Know that finding the right heel is a difficult task, trying to match the proper size of the heel base, shape, hight and color.
I thought I would be able to order online but all I found was a flexible rubber sheet and I need the hard plastic. Maybe a cobbler will sell it to me? thanks for your videos. @@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia
Do you know what that material is called ?@@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia
@@taxicatavenue5757 the inside is a hard plastic. Like I said, replacing heels is not an easy thing ti do. Cobblers bring the shoe to suppliers, with the heel removed, and place the new heel on the shoe one by one until they find the right match. It's not something you can order online.
ok. thanks. @@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia
you're a whole life saver!!! i was fitna throw my boots away!!!!
What kind of shoes would you recommend so this doesn't happen? This happens to every pair of Nike air Max 90s I have within 6 months
I couldn't tell you if there's a brand that this will not happen. From experience, this will happem to all shoes that does not have leather heal linings in, just a matter of time and wear and tear
Great
Nice work I love shoe repair, it's an art.
Can you do a full relining? Of the whole collar lining?
Perfect. Thank you brother
Great video thank you! Did you drill a pilot hole for the screw? Or is just straight away in totally fine? Thanks again!
You can drill a small pilot hole first, but I prefer going in and out while drilling the hole. The pilot hole is more necessary for narrower needle heels, because they tend to crack.
'Promo SM' 😇
I have the same problem with my Under Armour Hovr trainer shoe, (only one shoe) this was an excellent repair, neat n professional my friend 👍
Thanks
if its not leather in the back it always get broke, problem with quality these days, its the problem even with expensive sneakers.
Excellent job. Really interesting. Can you tell me what the name of the contact cement is you use please? Thanks
Hi Mat, any professional grade contact cement glue is good. You can either get yourself an empthy jar and go to any shoe repair shop to buy some, or find a shoe repair supplier and see if they can sell you. Often times you can buy it in small tubes or in tiny cans, but they arr not all professional grade, this is why it's safer to buy it directly from a cobbler whi buy them in large containers. P.s. be ready to pay a high price, because usualy cobblers dont like or make much money by selling repair materials, they much rather do the work.
@@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I'll get to work finding some. Thanks
Thank you so much, I was thinking about ordering some boots that were similarly made. I don’t know why they’re not drilling nails in them like you did, but this is helping me to do it on my own and reinforce that myself. Thank you so much for this, you are a angel. 💜
I'm not an angel, but I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. :) You are most welcomed
Nicely done and well explained in both languages.. Thank you and Merci.
I’m not a huge fan of 👟 heel tears.

Tanks Raffi to you it's so nice
Thank you.
Excellent - many thanks. Or should I say Trés bien, merci 🙂
Bienvenue !
Hello Two questions please - was the piece you inserted leather if so what gauge or thickness and what type of glue did you use ? I want to try and repair my own boots following your inspirational video. Many thanks
Hi Martin, the leather should not be too elastic, on the soft side and thick enough to cover the bumps and imperfections underneath. Not too thick either so it does not modify the size of the heel and does not stiffen it up too much. The glue is contact cement, you can generaly buy it from hardware stores, but there are many kinds and brands of it. I would get myself a small jar and go to a shoe repair shop and ask if they can sell some to you. Some shoe repairman don't like selling glue because their bread and butter is repairing, not selling material. Good luck! And blessings to you in Jesus name.
@@Our-New-Life-in-Armenia Thank you very much for replying and the helpful information. I will source the leather and attempt to repair both inner heels. Regards
All worked out very well indeed. I should have used 1mm leather instead of 2mm to maximise the space but otherwise very happy indeed. Thank you again for the inspiration
@@martinsmith349 glad to hear that Martin
Make a video on how to repair stilettos heel this same way
Okay, are you in Houston, I need to bring you all of my shoes...
No not in the USA sorry
This was cool but I think if you try to run in those the new material will rub your foot raw. Better to replace that entire section of material and glue in at the bottom.
Beautiful work! How much did you charge the customer for the repair? I will have to find a shoe repair service in my area. Thank you very much for your video!
Thanks for your comment. This work would cost $35 CAD
@@Our-New-Life-in-Armeniainteresting to know - at this price it would make sense for a high end running shoe but not a budget one
@@inigomontoya68 where we are at, there are no half decent running shoes under $100. Also, when you have a shoe that you like and can be repaired, many repair it, because finding comfortable shoes is difficult for some. There's also the recycling values of today as well as keeping the money local. Support your local cobbler.
Can I fix a thin stiletto boot the same way ?
It is seemingly the same work but much more difficult. I suggest you bring it to a pro.
