Just got 4 words to say .what a beautiful lady
Good luck with your rehab & getting back to your best.
A lovely voice & accent but apart from that an intelligent & very dedicated person..good luck in the future Niahm.
I really enjoyed listening to this. Great podcast!
I thought Joyce was delisted
amazing poddy, I was devo after that sydney game to hear he did his jaw. Had such a good game and played a massive role to help get the team to even make finals whilst the defender stocks were low. Hopefully you can build that momentumn back in early next year and stay steady in
One thing that really stood out to me in this conversation with Erika is how crucial mental recovery is for athletes at the highest level. It’s something that often gets overlooked, but as Erika shared, it can make all the difference in returning stronger after setbacks. What do you all think? How important is mental recovery in your own life, whether you’re an athlete or not? Let’s discuss below!
Why do you do this?

Keep going man good work
Life Changing Advice ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
Prevention Prehab stuff would be great and cover a bigger market compared to injury rehab.
Keep going. Steady progressive steps. Just a matter of time 👍
The accenttttt!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This exercise is great! I have been using it quite frequently in an exercise program that I am doing. It’s a challenging exercise! Which muscles does this work?
*Promo SM* ☹️
Great interview lads. That cork tipp game in Pairc Ui Chaoimh was electric. Best atmosphere I’ve experienced in a hurling match in years!
That's interesting what he said about league one defenders and the championship league defenders saying it was more difficult in league one when I thought it would be more difficult in the championship because it's a higher tier league

It’s these simple little exercises that are actually really hard coz it’s out of our comfort zone
Kick him Out of Gym
Im wondering what are the advantages of doing them one at a time as opposed to together? Legitimately curious
Hi Ryan, This variation I would only use sparingly but affords the athlete and opportunity to work on strength of 1 limb, as opposed to 2. It can also benefit the athlete from a perspective of bracing the core and allows the athlete to focus on achieving a more comfortable overhead position on each side. I have used it successfully in the past with athletes that have a history of shoulder injury. Hope this helps, Pete
Ass to grass is the only way to go.
That’s not parallel it’s 90 degrees

Good stuff! Nice little gig you got going. Powerful athletes you got there. Do you train Rugby and soccer teams?
Hi Henry, GAA teams mainly mate.
Is this best for core? What are the other muscles it hits? Probably shoulders, right?
Hi Henry, this would be classified as an anti-rotation exercise for core yes. But like most exercises, it won't completely isolate one area and multiple muscles will be involved
Good work Peter!
