Ok so this is what my car was doing when the rack & pinion was bad when I start or I’m driving it it would make a power steering noise it get louder when you push the gas that’s one way

But if it doing this it could be something else if it’s foam coming out the reservoir bottle it could be a leak somewhere rubber seal if you turn the steering wheel on it gets louder and if when it worm the sound go away it could be a air leak
