Dean severely hurt a close friend of mine with his judgmental and hurtful treatment of her within his church role. The effects have been catastrophic in her life. He took false information and ran with it without understanding the full context. It was unkind and prideful in his approach.

Too bad Republicans don’t respect American institutions. That’s why they had to a create a completely different set of them. They only want echo chambers, they can’t survive in a world of facts so they needed to create Fox News and all this alternative media. Just a note on what commented at min. 43: Moving away from COAL to Nat. GAS do not reduce the C O2 finger print overrall. This because it would be "logical" to add and include the "pre-combustion" emissions from both fuels, to the usually considered "post-combustion" emissions (at ime of the fuel combustion, only!). What really matter should be efficiency of the modern Power Plants burning Coal or Nat. Gas., which would provide affordable and reliable electricity always and particularly when needed!

Basically you wont get you balloon at balloon time…

You pay the tax on the principal in the year you receive it, spreading out the tax liability. The benefits would be limited if the seller is a high income earner.

Darwin Homes has there website on point as being user friendly, but they really under value having a property manager. They have a team of customers services to answer call, but they can't address any issues. So resident are frustrated. I think outside of collecting payments , they lack transparency or maintaining a relationship with residence.
