Stagnant: How To Release Blocked Energy In The Body
Absolutely beautiful, and so helpful. Thank you so much, I greatly appreciate all of your videos and love your teaching.
With respect, this man looks like a spectrum, maybe his muscles look in shape, but there is no vitality in his looks... so artificial, lets see how things go, but does not look natural at all
What an ignorant comment😂
is the heartmind the inner conciousness or true self (atman - from vedanta)?
To me, the heart is about feelings, the mind is about thought. You cannot have one without the other. It's important to be true to yourself.
Brilliant.
I'm learning about the 3 Dantians and i think the Lower Dantian is sooo important. I think it's very primordial for grounding yourself am i right? (i am suffering from big stress and anxiety and i hope this will help me) Also how do you explain that the system of the 3 Dantians are much less known by people compared to the system of 7 major chakras?
I think it is all marketing. Yoga is more popular than tai chi. It is important to understand the chakras, but according to the Chinese, the 3 dantians are the most important to cultivate.
@@theartoftaichi thank you very much for your answer. By the way, do you know the Hertz frequency of the Lower Dantian? It would be very helpfull
I have been trying the breathing excercises and they work❤
Hi, I hope you answer questions, but if not I understand. I can feel chi I'm my most and focus to move it around and it seems to increase blood flow and can cause twitching which all this is good, but when I move it to a place that has pain, the pain intensifies. I'm not sure what to do with this, or the chi. Thoughts anyone?
Hi, the idea is to not just move the chi to a place of pain, but move the chi THROUGH the place of pain, so you can wash the pain away.
Why thank you very much! Kinda makes sense now.
My chi used to be very strong and now it is nothing.
You must keep moving.
Some exceedingly valid points. Thank you.
Nice English, and awesome video🔥👌🏿
Thank you for sharing Irving!

Love your calmness. Thank you for this wonderful information and teaching. 🙏🙏🙏
I find this very relaxing, and I like that you have to use your imagination instead of just watching your breath. Thank you!
Thank you very much for your teaching, and exercises. After only 2 of your videos, I feel hopeful about learning more ways to move the stagnant and build my energy source!!!
Amzing how important this is ❤

Thank you Irving. I really like your way of teaching.
Thank you so much for all your videos and this one in particular. I have poor blood circulation and your explanation is very accurate. So happy I discovered your channel.
does anyone have a breakdown of the for instance 24 form's postures and their energetic and spiritual essences. p.s what a beautiful video.
Can you film from the back view?
Hello, what is the name of this specific practice of shifting back and forth?
There is no name for this practice. It is just a way for you to make figure-eights when you are transferring your weight and strength.
In enneagram it is known as gut/body center
Yi guides qi, focused intention = stagnation. Think about
Extraordinary lesson. Thanks ✨
Wonder why you didn't mention spirit as a level of Tai Chi. Just the same, I like what you say, and am going to do what you say, in order to come to terms with my life. Quite a lot of damage has been done to this poor thing, by others and subsequently, by myself! Thanks for the videos :)
Yes, be gentle with yourself. Do tai chi!
hi there…I loved this! how often =do you post Irving? much love from Maine!
Hi Matthew, in the past I posted once a week.
Cheers for sharing bredren. You answer the universally key questions. You should get to know how much you are helping people that are dealing with the highest aspects of human consciousness. Your teaching has a pure and simple truth and grace that transmits the experience, feeling of the taiji 'empty' flow state truly universally. Wan lv frae bonny Scotland. Peace. Thank you.

From the time of youtube THE BEST VIDEO OF TAI CHI..... THANKS IRVIN...At least someone to explain simple. Everything you said is a gold...on one place. Many people will not realized that but this is what tai chi is. Using stimulants like coffee, sugar, alcohol, drugs just takes energy from tan tien...and makes you seek and who know what. Once tan tien is full you can do miracles. Irvin this is video of true master....
Thank you. I am happy you found it helpful.
Thank you.🙏
3:55 it starts
Thank you so much for this
This is fantastic information thank you
Thanks Irving. Love this channel. I've learned a lot from you. ;-)
I have a question sir my energy on its own goes in my head and its like a stinging on my crown backwards on my back it affects my health i get bloated whenever i eat something pls if u would it would be great
I hope my story encourages someone it sure did encourage me. I was suffering from toxins buildup in my body due to a poor functioning kidney. As a result I found it very difficult to walk even a short distance without feeling like I had run a marathon. My legs lack strength And were in constant pain whenever I moved or even stood for a short period of time it was awful I feel glued to my chair afraid to move because I couldn’t endure the pain that followed movement. I decided one day to return to tai chi practice that I discovered while in my 30s I’m 62 now. I attended a class at my local community center and after two weeks of consistent practice I was able to walk without discomfort the length of two football fields. I was shocked I was expecting some improvement in my health but never dreamed of something so dramatic happening I can honestly say that there was a direct correlation to the practice of doing the movements and my walking a little better
In an episode from the TV series of the 1970s, Kung Fu, starring David Carradine, One of the characters on the series court kai Chan Kane Meditating and asked him what he was doing. I like canes response so much that I apply it to tai chi practice. Kane says I do this to help me deal with life’s many faces. I felt that was a perfect answer for studying Tyjae which is a form of movement meditation
