The video is garbled with repeats of some parts and does not even show 3rd property.

I get irritated when they show someone a house that's over their budget, or is missing a part of their requirements that can't be fixed by room in the budget left after purchase. But these old shows sure beat some HGTV fare, haven't looked at it in years.
