Well here is a video I never thought I would make... About two years ago, the office building that we lease inside of had some unexpected visitors, causing myself to be rather involved in one of the largest local criminal cases in a few decades. Now that the news is out - though I would have preferred to originally just not talk about it - I figured I would post a walkthrough of what went down ...

The Perfect Moccamaster Brew Recipe: Making Cafe-Quality Coffee At Home
...or just take two seconds to poke a spoon at the grounds bed.
A drip coffee maker doesn't have to do much--pour hot water over ground coffee. I have a Moccamaster, but I'm sure a $20 dollar cheapo can do the same thing. Start with good beans, properly ground...hard to screw it up. My MM is really fast and temperature-accurate; that's really its only edge. I bet the results of a blind taste test between my machine and a Mr. Coffee would surprise.
3 min into this video & shutting it off, not going to waste my time on a product that doesn't exist. after a year you can't update people on where you're at with this project but you're still taking their money on pre-orders?
The website is still up to take orders. They are steady ripping people off...
where's the pour over switch on the filter holder?
A year ago and still not available? 🤷🏼♂️ I just purchased a select model and not happy with the uneven distribution of the showerhead. This looks great. From a 3D printer? Do you think moccamaster would take my maker back due to my not being satisfied with the uneven distribution. I think it’s lame for the price
Very informative!!!🎉
Sorry, I just want a cup of coffee. I do not want to do a science experiment every time I make coffee.
Make it in stainless or Ti, and I'm in.
I wish there had been some information regarding the interior working parts of both machines. The quality of the Technivoorm, and what sets it apart from the field is what's inside. He could have graphed the brewing temperature curve of both machines since consistent temperature is critical when brewing coffee. In the end, he is comparing two machines in different price classes. You buy based what fits your budget and how important coffee is in your life. And, most of the time, you get what you pay for.
I feel like I am watching a video of diminishing returns.
It's a scam. They take your money & then ghost you.
I purchased this showerhead from @Coffeehaus six weeks ago. They took my money and have ghosted me ever since. The Coffeehaus online business is a scam. Has anyone else been ripped off by them?
None of this tells someone if they’ll actually like the coffee though.
Really don’t want this much work in the morning!😂
scammed us
Great review! Thanks heaps - love the look of that Flair as well :)
You guys are still right. This is still the best pumpkin syrup recipe.
I pre-ordered one of those 1 year ago or longer thinking hey thats a great idea. Paid the 40 bucks and never heard from them. So be careful. Id still like to try one but fool me once..sad they couldnt deliver
I'm not surprised at all that they abandoned this idea. If you watch enough of their videos, you'll notice that they give off a wishy-washy vibe. Best of luck to you, but don't hold your breath.
I ordered this brew arm and never got it. Never heard anything back. Not good. Ordered over a year ago that is
By now id be late for work
Most people seem to believe this is a Eureka Filtro essentially under the skin. I started with the Filtro and used it for about two years before upgrading to the Eureka Brew Pro. The Brew Pro doesn't require you to hold in the button to grind, but that never really bothered me that much since I was just making one pot of coffee most mornings. The Filtro was trouble free, and since I mostly like Sumatra beans that aren't particularly oily, I didn't have to take it apart to do a deep clean in two years of use. I don't like the look of this Moccamaster grinder, but if it is a collaboration with Eureka, and is a Filtro essentially under the skin, it's a great and reliable grinder for brew coffee grinding.
I have been trying to reach you through Email to get a ETA on my order that has been over 2months now. How do I get a refund on “Açaía Luna $250, and third Wave Water Packs 2 for $34” items I’ve not received. Someone please help if you know how. Thank you
Only for one cup? Hm.
Are fines good for anything? Maybe to create ice cream or some other food product?
I just want to say thanks. Since you released this ive made it every year for my family and friends here in the UK. Its a huge hit! 🍂 Id love if you can make more recipes and if you are taking requests I'd love a hazelnut one!! 🌰 Thank you again
Anything with plastic contacting hot water is a dealbreaker
this company ripped us off
You didn't compare the taste of the coffee!?!!?
To much work. I’ll stick with a pour over.
It is a knock off and cannot compare with the quality of the Moccamaster with its steel carafe and copper heat elements. Our Moccamaster was expensive but we are making the same quality coffee for 15 plus years. Better yet, Moccamaster is made in the Netherlands, not China.
Why wouldn't Technivorm just have modified their shower head to be wider?
Can you make that funnel that sits in the coffee from other material, not plastic….
6:51 Pretty amazing that they've incorporated a function to allow you to turn down the boil noise with these. Wowwy! What will they think of next?!😂
My dude I came across this video because this is exactly what I wanted to discuss. 😂
Kinda beats the point making it in plastic when the machines appeal is in minimal plastic contact, as well as glass lined aluminum pitch
The water tank is plastic. The brew basket is plastic. The mixing tube lid for the the pot is plastic. What do you mean the machine's appeal is minimal plastic contact? The water is in contact with plastic every step of the process on a moccamaster
Wheres my moccamaster showerhead? Or my money? Maybe respond to emails?
Dang!!! Are you guys for real or is this vaporwear?!?
They want you to buy distilled water, then add back the minerals, then filter out the fines? But you eyeball the water amount? I love you coffee experts, but you crack me up.
funny when you took your first taste you said this tastes like tea, that was exactly my first thought also on my first sip, to me it doesnt belong in the coffee group since it has no caffeine or the aroma, tastes like a herbal tea,i watched the video because i didnt know how to drink it,seems like it should be bagged like tea, thanks for the video,my first attemp i just added hot water and drank it..uuuuggggg
Why is made of plastic..? It's probably made of cheap plastic which is unhealthy and defeats the purpose of a healthy coffee maker.
REMOVE THIS PRODUCT FROM YIUR WEBSITE. YOU’VE CLEARLY OVER PROMISED AND STILL HAVE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WHO HAVENT TECEIVED THEIRS AND YET YOURE STILL TAKING PRE-ORDERS. ITS ALSO CLEAR YOUVE STOPPED CARING AND HAVE MOVED ON AND I HOPE SOMEONE STARTS A LAWSUIT FOR SCAMMING SO MANY
the worm game to
After you finish this project I think there would be a market for a non plastic filter basket replacement
He never will finish it. He took our money and dipped
@ I believe
$40.00 is too high.
@@dougmorris5625 you’re already in for $300 coffee maker with flaws, you can afford it

How about one made from glass?
Gonzalez Donna Garcia Charles Anderson Sharon
It's an inch too short. It would be nice if it was metal
yes, how about an update?
How does it take 18 months to find a manufacturer for a showerhead? Lame excuse.
I'm not understanding why you couldn't/wouldn't just turn the unit off after it's done making the coffee? Wouldn't that achieve the same purpose? I do hate that burnt taste, so I'm curious...
