In this series I am showing how a person goes from a beginner to advanced diver. This video is about reverse 1.5 Tuck. A great blind entry optional divers learn after they have progressed in the sport for A while.
It can be scary the first time you do it. Here are some tips I know will help you get to the expert level faster! This video is going to show you the progression of what it will look like as you get better at it and what your coaches will be looking for.
