Great to see you again, Chris. The win over A&M was a show of resiliency, grit, and playing for each other. No doubt it was a good win. The players really stepped up. With that said, there’s still much to work on. Maiava showed heart and determination. He should be proud of leading that comeback win. Still, he needs to work on his footwork, reads, and release. The pass deflections at the line can’t happen regularly. I don’t know if it’s release point, arm angle, etc etc. But he needs to work with his QB coach. LR needs to improve on his game and personnel management. It’s surprising that we lost 19 players to the portal (if this news is accurate). This win was much needed to salvage a 7-6 season. However, LR needs to use this momentum to work on restoring this program. Mediocrity must not be accepted. Full disclosure… I was never in favor of the LR hire. But, he’s our HC and will be here until his contract expires or he’s fired. It’s on him to turn it around. Next season will offer no excuses nor alibis for poor play or poor coaching. Yeah those aren't full pushups. Years ago I used to do the same things. Could do over 50 reps easy and multiple sets but never got proper outcomes to gaining strength and muscle as much as doing a full push up. Chest to the ground going down, going up to arms fully extended to locked out. Tense your core and don't rush it. If you put in the hard work to do it properly your get better results. Also take creatine too

I mean, USC is 4-5 with a schedule that ranks around 30th in the country, OU is 5-4 with all 5 of its top WRs out with a schedule that ranks 1 to 2 depending on where you look. No need to compare the two further

I remember Kiffin being interviewed about his time as OC at Alabama under Saban, and he mentioned that one of Saban's best qualities was his ability to adapt to changes. Riley needs to be quicker to make necessary changes going forward.

The primary problem that OU has been dealing with is an insanely poor hire at OC (in addition to pushing out veteran QB Dillon Gabriel - who is starting for Oregon). The defense is ranked in the Top 10 nationally. However, coach Brent Venables fired the OC five games into the season, and the offense (despite massive injuries) is rapidly turning around. Additionally, the Sooners are a very young team - 75% of the roster is fresh/soph. Also, OU is on track to have a national Top 5 recruiting class coming in for 2025. So, OU is definitely positioned to return to Top 10 national prominence next season. USC - not so much….

TONS of Injuries and lost our top 10 offense (Jeff lebby) to be a HC at another school. The offense has struggled because of those factors. Defense is definitely SEC ready. Smh. Yall ain’t even ready for the Big Ten. A conference USC, a blue blood should thrive in!
