Hey piano friends! I'm finally uploading the full Schubert sonata that I performed for my junior recital. This piece has been a journey - I learned the first movement in my first semester (fall '22), the second in spring '23, and the third in fall '23. In other words, I learned it one movement at a time, semester-by-semester, and finally put it all together this spring! It has been with me for all four semesters at university, and I kind of won't know what to do without it. :( However, I feel satisfied with the product of my efforts, and while realizing it could be vastly improved upon in more skilled hands, I did with it what I was able given my limited experience. I am excited to share this beautiful work with you all!
Note: there is an odd transition between clips because I recorded the complete sonata in separate takes and spliced them together. :)
