If you couldn't tell, I was having fun. This was by far the most fun I've had foraging ever! It was also a great bonding experience and a memory I will have with my daughter forever. She was so proud of herself and now wants to come out on more foraging hikes with me (as opposed to before!) Plus, I got all the good feels from giving away some of what we found to friends and family (which was almost 10 lbs... Thanks to Triya!) Also, knowing I had contributed to the well being of kids in Cambodia who are having even greater struggles in their search for an adequate education, as a teacher, I was really proud to be a part of that. And Triya really does teach one "how to fish", so to speak. You could easily spend the amount charged on a fishing trip charter boat and not catch a thing. But Triya does not disappoint, and I get to take this skill with me to another mushroom hunt. Thank you, Mushroom Foraging Adventures!
