I don’t know Remble personally, but I have some friends who know him personally. I actually encountered him during his early years. I was 25, and he was just 14 or 15 at the time. It was at a family party with a group of people, and later we ended up at Long Beach Block. There were two guys rapping there, and they weren’t very good. I used to rap for fun back in the day, so I started battling them. Surprisingly, Remble jumped in and started battling them too, which was pretty funny. Back then, I never would’ve guessed that Remble came from a tough neighborhood or had that kind of lifestyle. He honestly looked like a schoolboy-probably because he was so young. His group of friends wasn’t what you’d expect either; they were mostly Hispanic and white kids, not what you’d imagine given his story. Years later, finding out about the life he came from was shocking. I never would’ve expected it from the kid I met back then
