The meat was oxidizing for being out. We would not sell that specific piece, it was just used for video purposes.
lmfao i always laugh when these new upscale meat dealers try to sell a trash cut of beef pretending its a prime cut of meat. son dozens of cultures include these cuts in their meals because of the availabilty. the trick is how they prepare it. this is not a steak lol

Looks great--love pancakes! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs and the pesticides in meat. Thanks so much for posting
