My first playthrough was partnerless and it felt like a truly challenging Souls experience with the final boss being one of my most satisfying Souls boss kills that I can remember. Can’t wait to see how this play through goes 😁👍

What people seem to lack understanding is in this fight you NEED to be hyper aggressive AND PARRY

Ke-ke-ke~ Key to suffering in "Depths: Void District" really close, two small locations before Ultracanoneer and Ultra Bladebearer chick~ To be honest, i dont understand why devs deleted second stage for this duo in maingame. All youtube reviewers talked about "Lazy Orni&Smough copypaste" at game launch. And none of them touched full version in Depths. But to be fair - there is only one bossfight with extra content for all depth levels... Previous levels are useless timewaste... Ehh...

Oh yeah and good luck with Mido bruh xd you're gonna have a hell of a time if you insist on not using cleansing, but I'm excited to see it.

So funny thing about BBC, you can become immune to 95% of their attacks by using fire and ice armour+ elemental Wall which is really funny, it's what I did for my solo run.

I didnt got too much trouble with them, probaly because my build was a range build with a mosquet and projetlies and fast roll, of course i got 2 or 1 shot

You're 100% right on my assumption of you using a partner for that invasion in the Cathedral. That was definitely from your earlier run. When I found your channel due to some random off-chance PSO2 NGS stuff I also caught wind of your Code Vein runs and watched those but around that time you also were doing this current run and some of the wires obviously got crossed for me so I apologize. I also apologize if any suggestions I was giving seemed rude and/or imposing on how you want to play. That was not my intent as I also forget in the heat of moment certain ones such as the focus gauge or even due to how I might be playing that day completely forget and/or omit other mechanics as well and push through it. That's perfectly fine of course but just wanted to clear on anything I said before. 🙏

this depth... these Bosses... truly the worst of all in this game! I haven't do the solo run, I admire the solo players so much cause its a hard mission....!!!><

To anyone struggling, most buffs stacks in Code Vein. If an element attack is bothering you, there is a targeted element resistance buff as well as another one covering every element. Add the item buff and it should be easier. Lvl1 runs are brutal especially when doing the story duo bossfight and a must to not die instantly. Also do not underestimate blocking.

I remember having a lot of trouble with these two, even with a partner (so kudos to you for soloing it!), but the moment I switched to projectile build with as much ichor as I could carry, it became a breeze (pun intended). This game really wants you to tailor your builds for different encounters, especially when you are solo.

Ah this fight almost forced me to use two handed swords but i kinda just cheesed by backstabbing them both until one died

who ever decided to put TWO brutes in one area is insane, also i personally find it easier to get a DLC bosses health down low then it is to fight those two (little heads up, thats not the only double brute fight in those depths) it is my most hated depths

6:54 One of the worst mini bosses to fight in this game. Literally have to cheese this one by spamming fire attacks and bringing a partner.

Finally got Code Vein Deluxe Edition..... its been a long time coming.....

so the warped blade is not a good choice of weapon, since it deals innate blood damage and most enemies and especially bosses resist blood, the bosses especially so with final boss having a 65% resistance to blood damage, a better weapon to go for would be the Black Great Sword which you can farm from the black knight in the ashen cavern, it's charged heavy is a guaranteed stagger even on bosses.

I think I am gonna try them on ng+. I will update this comment later with the number of tries and stat infos ( two hand sword build btw. )

Let me know if you want advice on a very damaging build that involves 2 handed sword

Given you're going with the slower build I think it might be better to get into the habit of blocking rather than dodging. I don't recall how many of their attacks are guardable but it might give you some breathing room between their attacks to possible do something to them. There should also be passives and skills that I believe support guard play as well quite a lot so you can look into those too ( like giving you more of your focus gauge per guard so perhaps you could use that to try and go for the launch special that makes you invincible for the duration of the animation though I'm not sure if they can be launched but it might be worth trying ). A partner might make it easier since there's another target but there's also the chance they gang up on them and insta gib them. It's kind of a crap shoot either way but the partner I believe would allow higher chances of those win conditions to occur. You've technically already broken the rule once doing that one invasion in Cathedral but I understand if you don't want to break it again. The game clearly is made with two members/co-op in mind which in a sense kind of sucks but such is how it goes lol

I remember when I faced those brutes and got smashed by then for hours they are also the reason I started to use cheesy tactics to one shot one of then right at the start and having a companion doesn't help with then they just go for 1 target and kill your companions right away.

Well... in last depth will be duo fight. And last of two will evolve. So... Two runs in depth fo fully clear content plus original fight. 6 same bosses in row -_-

So, for anyone trying this area on your own, all the enemies in this are plus the boss have a 10% weakness to frost. Having a weapon that either does that naturally, like the Assassin's Sickle, or a way to apply Frost to your weapon with the Frost Enchant gift, can make this area significantly easier. What sucks is you unlock a great Fire weapon/Blood Code right before this area, and all the enemies+the boss have a 30% resistance to fire. I might have the numbers slightly off, but that's what I remember from when I tested it.
