The reason is when we join the fingertips of our palm together there is an alignment of the body and the mind when the body and mind are aligned you feel a sense of composure within and you feel a sense of calm within there is an energy of calmness that comes to you. it's just that aligning the energies of the body and mind together and creating synchronicity is very crucial so this mudra is all about bringing a harmonious code between the mind and the body it works so well whenever a kind of stream of negativity comes into you by number of different reasons this is the best mudra to be in I would rather recommend that we shall be in this mudra for about 10 to 20 minutes every single day and walk if you walk like this you would be very mindful of your walk it would be like meditation it's amazing

    Guys looking at sun even during morning can cause permanent eye damage .eye exercises are psedoscientific. There is already a complete cure for myopia and that is Lasik surgery.

    I have LE -1.50 ,RE -2 ,I have been doing this exercise since 3months every day, but no improvement 😔 and i wear prescribed glass when i needed ,why not improving my eyesight ?

    There is actually evidence that gazing at early morning red light can improve circulation in your eyes. Her advice to gaze at the sun in the morning is spot on with science (tests have shown that it does not work at night, however). Three minutes a week is all you need. Unfortunately, we have not had morning sun here for months! lol Oh well - when I get some morning sun I will try it.
