Thanks alot for sharing your experience
Ma'am is practicing in posh difficult? As in number of clients
Do u ppl on comittee ask for proofs.. Because my employees was asked proof for thr posh complaint she made against a employees
Yes
Good example
What about sexula harassment on men ?? Sexual harrament means only on women?? This is 21st century and in the workplace all educated women will there...They also might commit sexual harrasment on men.. But men dont get justice... Keep in mind reverse oppression is also oppression
I guess there some kind of action taken on fake case filers inside private companies... But if she went to courts those men would have hanged themselves.. Becuase ther is no justice for men in India.. Indian judicary, Indian laws are gender biased.. ANd there is no action taken against fake case filers when it comes to women in India
How can we complain against icc
Can icc ask the aggrieved woman how was you dressed up at the time of incident
In case icc is unable to find the facts in absence of documentary proof as if in case of cyber crime like sending obscene messages by creating fake id etc. In that case what employer will do

This Act name is, Sexual harassment at workplace for women (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 known as POSH also
Madam well Explained, please put such more videos Special on Act on punishment as per IPC
Nice & informative
Nice, if you could organise this into a series of lectures in detail, it will be great
Hello Mam, Is it applicable only on companies or all kind of organisations like partnership firm, proprietarship etc?
all kinds of enterprises
Thanq so much for giving this information
In case if the ICC after conducting the inquiry dismisses the complaint, what should be the next step, should she file a case at district court or High Court.
She should file an FIR but nothing will come out it again coz standard of proof differs in both the investigation and if one cannot prove the allegations in ICC then it is much more hard and difficult to prove them in real court and under IPC
@@kunal8176 thanks 👍
nice
Ma'am. This is really informative. Is there anyway I can contact you?
YES. you may contact @ 8790896079
There have been instances where a woman has filed a false complaint. what would you say on this issue?
Rohit ji Posh is equally for Men & Women, if she lodge a false complaint she will also be equally punished. you can go through my video in channel or can ask any question as I am Certified Posh Trainer
Mr Rohit, this real case study has been discussed in this video. (POSH Act - Case Study 02 ua-cam.com/video/OC_8wGhMm0I/v-deo.html) ua-cam.com/video/ua_NHuY5MPo/v-deo.html (This video explains: Redressal procedure by ICC 1. The procedure of ICC? How does the ICC conduct the enquiry? 2. ICC - Has all the powers of a Civil Court 3. ICC - Follow the principles of natural justice 4. ICC - fair to both parties & record the statements 5. How ICC decides the Quantum of Compensation to the Aggrieved Women? Mental Trauma, Pain, Suffering, Medical expenses, Wellbeing.)
@@hrkibaatraadhakesaath2663 Thank you for your response but this act is silent on what type of punishment should be given to the woman. From the very beginning, this act thinks that it is always men who are at fault. The need of the hour is that though we should be sensitive towards the cause at the same time should not get blinded by pre-conceived notions like 'men are always wrong; women can never lie. The right balance must be struck.
@@voiceofrohit3776 Agree Rohit ji. In our Constitution It is clearly mentioned to have same punishment for both genders but our jury has to take initiative to punish girl who lodge either wrong compliant or do harassment to male.
@@hrkibaatraadhakesaath2663 agar ek company ke alag alag districts mai alag alag office hai to har office ke like alag ICC banega??
