Hello! So there is actually a power switch on the toaster itself on the main control panel. Sometimes I have plugged it in and it hasn’t turned on but you need to hit the on button on the toaster itself. If that still doesn’t work, you may have to contact customer service my friend 👍

@@ladyjey9867 unfortunately it seems like the panini press is an accessory that only us here in Europe get with the toaster. I had a quick look just now on the ninja kitchen US website and it doesn’t show on there, nor can you purchase on Amazon. You could always try contacting the ninja kitchen support over there in the US and they may be able to help you further! Really sorry we couldn’t be of any help, but thanks for watching our video. @kevinwatson9378 that’s great news Kevin! It may be, although being honest we haven’t had any issues whatsoever with ours, we did have a problem with our toaster which ninja resolved however!

@@wrathcaster2555 you could always try contacting customer service and see if they can replace your unit. Since ninja sent us a replacement it has performed a lot better. We can’t say we’ve ever had an issue with the tray not slotting in though I’m afraid!

hi, i have just received this ninja but when i make a panini for 10mins the elements only stay on for 90secs at the beginning then for 30secs with about 3mins to go, is this normal, does your elements stay on for the whole time or like mine? i did phone ninja support but they didn't actually know and said its probably fauly & return it but this is my 2nd 1 with the same issue.

@@spotbck Can’t say that’s happened to us so to me that sounds like it’s definitely faulty and I would ask for another replacement. Sorry to hear you’ve had issues! ☹️

@@TagTeamKitchen I can confirm even the 1 cup boils faster and seems substantially quieter than my £150 Dualit classic kettle 😭 not what you want when you need a wee cuppa at 5am and you have 3 sleeping children 🙈
