Of course the fucking foreigner just wants to call into flex, these people have no class
Regardless of money and income, this man deserved the car of his dreams as a reward to himself for serving his country
Bros car is half his income. What is he doing😂
Guys like this calling in is just pure flexing though.. if you're THAT well set up at that age, AND have a 160k a year job.. he cannot be so stupid that he needs granpa here to tell him he can afford a car -rolls eyes-
I dont buy the kids story
I have 3 cars all paid off ! So if you dont have the money DONT GET IT YOU DUMMIES
Imagine your dream car being a Tesla 😂
Uber and Lyft won’t let you drive with a thousand dollar car
No, it is because it had been a few years, he almost graduate and the lie cannot hold on anymore. Not only because he "felt something on his chest".
Running $500 car don't exist
So they are buying 50k dollar cars bc it comes to 42k. Or do people just not do any down payments on cars
almost every clip i see of this guy is just someone calling saying "i have too much money" where are the people that need actual financial advice
Financially this guy knows his sh*t...mechanically I'm not convinced.
I just know that the mom plays the classic immigrant parent guilt trip shtick too
When I join the army, im terminating my car loan and giving it back to them. Im paying down all my debt and never getting into debt again. Luckily, im not stuck to my neck in debt, but it's about up to my knees, and it's time to step out of it.
Push an extra 50k then you would be half a million in debt
Honestly if this guy can work until 70 he should be set if he doesn't have to pay his wife half his social security. He could continue building custom cabinets as a side hustle or get a relaxing desk/remote job part time and he'd be rich in my book.
The guy on screen just wants to hear himself "grab a pen type this" then condescending advice 😂 and then not understanding clearly this guy calling doesnt want what his parents vision to be his.
Hit 240k today Appreciate you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 24k in September 2024.,
I would really love to know how much work you did put in to get to this stage
I will be forever thankful to you, you changed my life I will continue to speak on your behalf for the world to hear that you saved me from huge financial debt with just a little trade, thank you Jihan Wu you're such a life saver
Really kicked out his son for wrecking his car…? Shouldn’t you be happy he’s alive
damn dude
Go buy $1k car. Seriously dude a thousand bucks doesn’t get you as far now as it did in 1979
20k on a Harley is crazy but hell it’s dudes money
500 dollars is not happening anywhere up north people know what they have and an unrusty car is more rare than a truck with a solit frame
this is why i drive my 96 bmw 🙏🏼
Every time this old fart says $1000 car I feel like it should be a hate crime against my generation 😂😂
Idk does he live with his parents? Paying off 18k on a car in a year making 50k before taxes. I dont see how you can spend half your income on a car and survive.
Better off buying ounces of silver and gold for long term holding
Don’t accept the money, earn your own like a real man lol..
brother wasted the fun years
That’s more of a liability then a loan considering repairs will cost more then the car lol
This comment section proves why we need a guy whos whole carreer is giving out the most basic ass "Dont go into crippling debt" advice 😂
I love when people know what the answer is, they just need someone to tell them
i used to party w a lot of older people. one of my good friends would always get high/drunk w me & would tell me nonstop; “The only advice I can give you is never take out a car on payments.”
We had abusive father a fuckin monster used to hit our mother and us 2sister and a younger brother we endured until oneday my brother stoodup and he said we shouldn't be like this let's leave i remember my mother saying to where and my brother replying wherever I go you all are coming with me then we left he was only 16 started working day night and brought us out from the dark we owe him If one day i get a chance to repay him with my life I won't think for a second i would happily do it .....may lord bestow him with grace and blessings ❤ amen
do you have to pay extra taxes when you have more money than the limit youre bank has choosen?
My car monthly rate is 720 dollars for 5 years and my apartment is 300 dollars per month for 25 years. That is normal in my country
How old is this video. 09 srt 8 is not worth 20
Bro is in the same spot I was at that age. I kept my 2018 Chrysler 300 s and I’m glad I did
The fuck imma do with it at 70 years old bro what are u going on about
Do NOT assume since a car has been sitting in a garage its in perfect mechanical condition. Had an 01 impala at 50k miles that sat for 20 years and I have had nothing but mechanical problems with it. More repair costs that what I bought the car for. This is terrible car buying advice.
Intrest rate aside this is what 80% of your construction industry looks like
A 1k car would keep you more broke just trying to keep that jalopy running than going into debt for a $400 payment.
Nah the caller was on to something, why even call in here anyway I don’t understand why people can’t make their own decisions
I'd sue if that was my dad
“A huge hole and a big shovel, start diggging” he keeps saying that because they are such good words
It’s not difficult to find a $1000 hooptie that you can put less than $1000 into to drive for a year or two. Y’all need to educate yourselves and shop around instead of being payment poor because you want to keep up with the joneses and be lazy on you near median salary. I’ve done it when building wealth on a normal salary actually works well, I drove a $800 minivan 10 years and put a total of $11000 in it besides gas, still got 18mpg. Sold it for $1,500. Can’t complain $1000 a year to drive sounds good to me. A car is only needed to get from point A to point B, it’s the largest depreciating asset you buy! I make great money now and am a net worth millionaire, I drive a 30k vehicle and I consider it very luxurious, but it cost me less than the average new vehicle. It’s a 2022 BMW X3, I paid 32k for. I bought it when I paid off my mortgage, because I till that point I drove sub $5k vehicles and got around well, but I made more than 48k/yr by the end of the year I graduated college, in his case I would do it cheaper than I did, my rule is 1-3k car if income is below $60,000 and have mortgage or debt, 3-5k $60,000-$200,000 with mortgage or debts, and 5k - 10% of income with $75,000+ and no debt.
That’s why pickle jar not biscuit tin
Some people can't get out of their own way 😂 isn't it clear to everyone that the more money you don't spend makes you richer?
When the economy is growing, everyone wants a better and nicer car, you can buy an old ugly reliable little beater for pretty cheap. When things are kinda shitty a lot of people want a cheap practical car and it's not so easy anymore.
