    Hello, we're tvN's free doctor team. Our Korean program airs every Friday at @ on tvN, It is a program where guests talk about liberal arts and health with Oh Sang-jin, Kim So-young, and Lee Ji-hye. The reason why I left this comment is I would like to ask for permission to use the corresponding plum syrup (Maesil Cheong) video in [tvN Freehan Doctor 150th K-FOOD episode] scheduled to air on May 3rd. We're basically writing the subtitles or the source subtitles Please review it positively, and please reply at any time. Take care of your health and have a happy day. Thank you.

      @chickenchaserbri I use it as a back up feeder, as I'm away for 3-4 days at a time. Also use that hanging bucket feeder thing. I have a video of my coop on UA-cam, please be the first to have a look and give me some feedback. Thanks, much appreciated

      1. cut a hole in the hardware cloth covering the wall of the chicken run 2. push the Y part of the pipe inside the hole you made in step #1, leaving the tall part outside 3. fill up the pipe with chicken feed until it reaches the top 4. The chickens will still their head in and eat My only concern with this is you'll have to cover the pipe or when it rains, it'll get full of water.

    What is bumble foot? I’m not joking, I’m actually building a coop and am genuinely interested in tips.

    • @fx1cn570
      @fx1cn570 10 місяців тому

      Bumble foot is a thing chickens get that looks like a circular scab on the bottom of their foot, it can result from a high jump or stepping on something sharp. My rooster got bumblefoot recently and I soaked his foot in an epsom salt bath and used tweezers to remove the scab, then wrapped his foot in gauze to prevent infection while healing.

    Don't give them to your chickens. You don't want them getting used to eating eggs. Chickens will eat the eggs they lay... It's a real problem

    • @chickenchaserbri
      @chickenchaserbri 10 місяців тому

      I've been doing this for three years, my chickens have never eaten their own eggs. I like to bake them and crush them up so they are not recognizable as eggs. No egg eating problems!

    It's not a gud idea to feed them the eggshells to the chickens bc it could make them sick if you mess up also don't feed them normal eggs with the white and yolk to chickens bc there is a lot of protein in that part of the egg and it can kill them.

    • @chickenchaserbri
      @chickenchaserbri 11 місяців тому

      That’s not true, chickens often eat their own eggs in the wild. They need protein and their own eggs will not make them sick. You do not want to feed them eggs outside of their own flock because it could introduce new bacteria. But eating their own eggs is both healthy and natural for chickens.

    • @Iluvwater...
      @Iluvwater... 11 місяців тому

      @@chickenchaserbri yes I know but my mom got mad at me for giving our chickens some of their eggs she said to much protein will ko'd them

    • @Iluvwater...
      @Iluvwater... 11 місяців тому

      I'm sorry I didn't mean any criticism I was just confused about exactly how much protein and calcium they need cuz my mom said to much could kill them and they get some egg thing and die...buuuuut now that I think about it my rooster was pretty sturdy even if he did have a messed up two claw thing not the spur but whatever they call their feet...😁I wish you success

    • @chickenchaserbri
      @chickenchaserbri 11 місяців тому

      No problem! Too much of a good thing can be harmful to most animals. But chickens are actually extremely smart and know when their body needs calcium and protein and when it doesn’t. They are great at self regulating and only eating what they need. Hope that’s helpful😊
