this song and it's lyrics makes christian friendship is all about. I sing this song in my early christian years as a young people of the 90's, but now I am old at 52, I could still recall the relevance of relationship is only strong if the Lord is at the center.

Great recording! I've learned this song on piano after hundreds of MY friends were preparing to say 'goodbye' to ME! My mother called both of my brothers and said, "Your brother had a brain aneurism, and the medical staff at Torrance Memorial told us, get your family here if they want to say 'Goodbye' before he dies." Dr. Smita, the neurologist at Torrance Memorial Hospital in Torrance, California, said, "There is a new procedure by my mentor, Dr. Vespa, of UCLA Medical Center, who can perform a new procedure but you have to hurry!" Another surgeon somehow found out about this new strategy, calls my wife and says, "I've been practicing medicine for 25 years so I know what works, and what does not work. I am so grateful Jesus opened my eyes to see Warren's counterfeit religious doctrine many yrs ago. He is a smooth, charismatic speaker who does NOT preach the true word of Jesus Christ at all. He seems to be very talented at telling audiences what they want to hear rather than what Jesus said. On Day seven, in his book, The Purpose Driven Life, Warren again fails to explain the Gospel and Godly sorrow that leads to repentance and salvation. “Right now, God is inviting you to live for his glory by fulfilling the purposes he made you for… all you need to do is receive and believe…. Will you accept God’s offer?”… I invite you to bow your head and quietly whisper the prayer that will change your eternity, ‘Jesus, I believe in you and I receive you.’” He then promises, “If you sincerely meant that prayer, congratulations! Welcome to the family of God! You are now ready to discover and start living God’s purpose for your life.” Following Jesus starts with REPENTANCE. Warren is not sharing the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

Rick warren needs prayer. He is partially wrong so therefore he is ALL wrong when it comes ro a woman pastoring a church. Period. Accept it or go to hell. Not good. May Yeshua forgive you for your seeds have fallen to the wayside.

Women Missionary Union leadership and Women Preachers have been able to collect 7,000 billion dollars this 2023, They must have the best women teachers/ preachers in the world! Furthermore The. S.B.C. constanlly ordains Missionary Women before sending them out at both national and international levels! The very best examples of the above said affirmation is Annie Armstrong and Lottie Moon!

Wow, Bashing your brother in Christ, Pastor Rick Warren.... not cool. So, he has a different interpretation of a "non-essential" in scripture, okay. We all interpret some of the Bible a bit differently, but the squabbling about this topic is a bit ridiculous. If it were regarding the "essentials" of our faith like the Divine Triune God, Sin, Salvation.....I could totally understand the need to have a conversation. But to pretty much "excommunicate" or "kick out" a church for something like this? Come on, Paul had a specific issue with one of the early churches, as he often did. But, we also have to at least "consider" the social climate of the time and that women were more or less property and not highly regarded. I mean, the disciples didn't even believe the women who came and told them that Jesus was alive! Or how about the disciples that were prejudiced against Jesus speaking to the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus always treated everyone as equals, neither slave nor free, male nor female , all are ONE in Christ. I'll stick to what Jesus said. We all know that the Bible is NOT flawed....but the people in it sure were!!

It sounded like the ends justify the means. Whether you agree with scripture or not it is clear on the role of women in the church. This is greatly distorted in the world we live in. Women are not only not marginalized in the church but they are held in great honor but it’s clear that men are to pastor and hold elder positions in the church. Women have many critical roles in the church and churches could not and are not intended to operate without them but this is clearly a critical doctrine in the church and no matter the results Rick quoted it’s not allowed. It’s not a grey area at all.

Rick, your own house has to be in order....let that sink in. Disciple your kids first. You grew NOTHING. One plants and another waters and GOD gives increase. We grow ZERO. God is the master grower. Clearly, you are in a false doctrine!
