Hello, still there?
At this point are you a real life mermaid???
Nice work! I admire you.. Quick questions, which one is better for beginners? with glide or without glide?
Thank you🙏🏼 It really depends how far you’re diving and whether your legs get sore. If your legs aren’t tiring, then no need for a glide yet😊
She’s a breath holder
yeah quite Remarcable!
Very impressive! Why are you not wearing goggles? Do you open the eyes underwater? Do you have no problems with open eyes in chlorinated water?
Thank you🤗 I open my eyes every now and then to check where I am. But I wear goggles in training otherwise my eyes get sore.
Astonishing! No fins wow!
Thank you 😊
Incredible 🤩🤩💙👌🏼🤙🏻
Thank you🙏🏼
@@jordy_duncan you‘re welcome 💙

Wonderful Achievement...Well Done 🎉
Thank you Sally 🤩
Jordy, I can't even wrap my head around what you just did! 205 meters no breathing!! You are AMAZING! I'm a competitive swimmer and I'm struggling to reach 10 mts underwater at each wall! As a matter of fact, I've been looking for monofins to work on my dolphin kick. It's really hard to find them! It seems that yours has the texture and flexibility I've been looking for. Which type of monofin you use and where can I find it? I appreciate your help on this!!
Hi Martin, thanks for the message! I was a competitive swimmer too many years ago. In freediving, we are moving relatively slowly so not burning through as much oxygen and the monofin is more powerful than swimming fins. Maybe you should take a basic freediving course and see how you find it :)
Continue u are force spécial marine ?
Bravo
Superb

Jordy’s got amazing form! She’s a breath holder!

😮👏👏👏
Speechless! 👏🏼
Hi ! >>>>Jordy.
Didn't Alexey just do 133m down and back up so total of 266 That is insane.
And without any fins 👀
Yes. Men have much bigger lungs + other biological advantages.
That’s a different discipline, This is dynamic apnea
What a fucking champion
That was rad so rad! I did not know about this.
That was amazing Jordy
Thank you🤗
@@jordy_duncan your welcome Jordy
Very nice. About the turn.. is it some rule or you choose not to push from the wall with your legs?
It would take more energy to push from the wall with fins!
Hiya, it's not a rule, just personal preference. I'm actually trying to learn how to do a push turn in a monofin. It's challenging!
You have the basic technique down, though the monofin is less forgiving in turns than bifins. And you will need to perfect your longitudinal rotation to learn it. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
By the way, congratulations 👏👏👏👏

Jesus, I sometimes hold my breath for a minute and a half in my bathtub just for fun and I feel like passing out, how is this even possible. That's amazing.
Thank you for the message but please be safe! Holding your breath even in shallow water is dangerous. I am never training without a buddy.
How old are you?
33 years young ☺
😊😊
Good lungs for that 😊
Thank you - it doesn't come without being consistent in training.
@@jordy_duncan Not bad, keep your fingers crossed for more records👍
Gratulation , Do you used contact lens , when not used google?
Hi Charles, no contact lenses, just slightly blurry vision but I don't keep my eyes open the whole time :)
