Does anyone know you could use a plotter to cut out a black vinyl sticker and apply it to the glass and gold leaf over that rather than using the one shot paint and the doing the hand lettering? I see that you would still use paint to lock in the gold leaf at the end.

I used Bon Ami cake to clean glass and surgical cotton. that Bon Ami lasted 50 years as gold leaf specialist...Great video smiley! I would "lift" leaf by putting tip only on ½ the leaf...but your leaf was really good..perfect & wasn't "cloudy" Paolo

What did you use to clean off the excess gold leaf

I bought a 2 and a 3 about a year ago. They are fantastic brushes and worked brilliantly. Sadly though, they shed quite a lot of hair. The Roman quill is superb, no issues at all there.

Mike I’m working on a really kool hand cleaner for the trade that easily removes lettering enamel residue from your fingernails, I always hated being mistaken for a mechanic at Resturaunt, and had to explain that “ I’m an Artist”
