So imo, 1k accuracy is a solid place to be. No matter how much evasion someone has, I never struggle killing them. After I've hit the 1k accuracy benchmark, I stack as much ap as I want. The caveat is that I also try to have enough lightstone swaps just for the rare moments I need more accuracy or more ap.

Short answer: yes its ok. Both options have different pro's with them. When you use penetrating wind before tearing arrow, you have the possibility to land the knockdown off penetrating wind, then benefit from the down attack off tearing arrow. The other option is if you use tearing arrow 1st then penetrating wind, you get a bulk of your damage out and use penetrating wind as the finisher to secure the kill much easier due to the damage being seamless without a break.

One more thing.. was it penetrating wind cancel via kiss of the wind then tearing arrow? E+shift lmb rmb then letter s?

@@thewanderer5175 For cancels these days, nobody really uses sharp feather. Instead you are trying to use tearing arrow really frequently with either using all flips except call from the sky (evasive explosion shot evasive landing shot, ridng the wind, twisting wind, or from bypassing wind.
