the product build up yall are talking about is because you are using wrong products for your hair type and then blame whole of cgm lol make it make sense. dont use products which are protein rich if you have low porosity hair. hair butters weigh your hair down if its not thick enough. dont use products which have oils as their top ingredient. im into 5 months of cgm and ive finally found products which suit my hair. doesnt mean cgm was bad, my dumbass wasnt understanding my hair needs.

It's really work i also use this oil but only 2 ingredients coconut oil and castor oil......

Hi, i have curly hair and i would like to suggest that not all products and protein are good for everyone if they are making our hair dry and sticky than those products are not meant for your hair. If you have naturally curly hair than we dnt need to follow 3 steps of conditioner, gel and mousse. Please try the product "Maui" which is amazing and its only required to apply smoothie and no gel or mousse is required.... Its the product made from aloevera gel and coconut oil which just does preserve our natural structure and improves hair condition. After using the product my hair fall reduced and hair health improved and my hair is natural and bouncy

Gurll what routine u follow itself is the toned down version of the cgm routine. I have been doing the same routine for the past five years with only three products, a sls free shampoo, a conditioner and a strong hold jel . I live in the costal belts of Karnataka ( to give a idea regarding the humidity and temperature). I have never bothered myself with a mousse , nor do i own any satin pillow case . I air dry my hair and break the cast using a coconut oil. These routines are not words written in stone , u can always change it according to your preferences. Influencers like to complicate it cause they get paid while also giving them shiny and prefect curly hair . Pick genuine influencers dig around the ingredients of a product, experiment with different products over a period of time , and. You are good to go .I m always and forever thankful and sincerely grateful that CGM existed . My hair has never been in my list of insecurties since then , instead it has fetched me the most compliments in my life . Today I wear my hair with confidence.
