I was that person. I struggle putting my hand up, I try to sort things out on my own, one of those childhood mindset things I thought to be how to behave. One of my biggest Wins was learning how to be vulnerable and ask for help. The response has always been one of constructive, just in time support.
So cool. I didn’t realize you reviewed our journey and our success weekly. But, of course you do. 😊
I haven’t done this, but what if you were to break B90 down to a per day cost? I knew I wanted to join at Hello, but I also knew I needed to run the cost by my husband. I also knew I was going to do the work so I wasn’t afraid of investing in the next fad diet or clothes horse exercise equipment that I have done before. Just a thought…
Love this topic! I was that person with so many other programs. Breaking 90 was different for me. I knew we were the right, no the “best” fit for each other. I always knew hard work works, Breaking 90 was the vehicle for me to finally find my way.

I love our B90 guiding principles, but like Alex, discipline over motivation might be my favourite and I think this is where my journey began too. The small actions, sticking to it, not counting on motivation to show up on the daily.
I just consciously decided to turn the TV off. I’ve had a milestone that has caused shift in my life this week; my norms and my schedule don’t exist. I have been away from home and routine for a week. Sleep is way off. Tonight I’m choosing to practice sleep hygiene. Thanks, Coaches. ❤ Thanks, Asma, loading discipline over motivation and then hitting the pillow hard! 🫶
So good. This helps me so much to reframe my thinking and keep or get me on track with my goals and stop procrastinating and sabatoging my healthy goals. What a wonderful way to build self-esteem and physical health at the same time. Boom!
