Well we all know indian companies NEVER EVER DO THAT... matrimonial leave, marriage and then getting sidelined, my junior was made my reporting officer in 8 months... They kept saying Pata nai Kab maternity leave le le... Left the company, applied higher studies in usa and now my boss wants to stay in touch with me.. keeps looking at opening in company and saying do refer me please... And he demoted me in the VERY FIRST PLACE... usa companies have labor law enforcements PDA act and FLRA and EEOA and title xii but still pregnancy CAUSES the same ripple effect and perception of one competency drops... Woman hona hi burden ho jata hai... Indira noyi once said, when she announced her promotion to her mom coming late to house, her mom even said to her "keep your crown outside of house and go to milk" even though her husband was at home.. when she questioned simple answer what is your kid goig to drink and what about our needs... She joked about it on interview BUT THIS IS REALITY... these ads get good views and great for marketing campaign BUT NOTHIG CHANGES... And then people question why birth rate is falling and why woman don't want kid...😅 it's a beautiful thing but it takes EVERYTHING AWAY in a sec from us being just married like we don't have an identity... This AD IS A AD IS A AD of WHAT IF ... in reality even IAS/IPS main exams cleric woman said they were asked question regarding pregnancy and then they feel interview went haywire...
